Is this support right for you?

This support is for you if:

  • You experience menstrual pain, sometimes strong or debilitating

  • Your cycle is irregular, hard to understand, or unpredictable

  • You have noticeable symptoms (PMS, fatigue, migraines, mood swings…)

  • You feel like you are going through your cycle rather than living it with ease

What you may be experiencing with your cycle

Menstrual pain, sometimes very intense, fatigue, bloating, digestive issues, migraines, irregular cycles… but also irritability, mood changes, a sense of losing control, or feeling disconnected from your body.

For some women, these symptoms are linked to conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, or hormonal imbalances.

You may have been told that it’s “normal”…

but in daily life, it can become exhausting, affecting your energy, your mood, and your relationship with your body.

Pain during your period is not something you simply have to accept.

These symptoms are signals from your body, and they can be supported and eased.

Relieving pain and supporting your cycle balance

My support helps relieve menstrual pain and cycle-related symptoms, while supporting your body more deeply through treatments inspired by Chinese medicine (massage, acupressure, Chi Nei Tsang).

It helps improve circulation, restore energy, and support cycle imbalances, including in cases of endometriosis, PCOS, or hormonal imbalances, alongside medical care.

Beyond the physical, it also helps ease stress, tension, and emotional fluctuations, and supports a more peaceful connection with your body and your femininity.

A personalized support

The first session is a time for you.

A space to put words on what you are feeling — your emotions, your relationship with your body, sometimes complex or challenging — and what you are going through in your daily life.

It is also an opportunity to take a closer look at your cycle and your symptoms, and to shape support that is adapted to your situation.

Follow-up sessions last at least 1h30.

Each session begins with a time to talk and check in on how you are feeling, followed by bodywork that targets your symptoms (pain, irregularities, fatigue) through techniques inspired by Chinese medicine.

Sessions are ideally scheduled at specific times in your cycle (for example before or after your period), to support your body in a coherent and effective way.

Support over several cycles is generally recommended, with a rhythm adapted to your situation (often 1 to 2 sessions per month).

If you need more time to share what you are going through, sessions can be extended to 2 hours.

This support is non-medical and is designed to complement medical care, which remains essential in cases of significant pain, cycle disorders, or conditions such as endometriosis or PCOS.
