Body and emotional support for times when everything feels overwhelming
Pregnancy, postpartum, trying to conceive, menstrual cycle and pain, burnout… or simply when your body and emotions need support.
I support you through in-depth conversations combined with treatments tailored to what you are going through: massage, acupressure, Chi Nei Tsang, sophrology…
Each support is fully personalised, to help you release tension, calm the mind, and find a more balanced state, at your own pace.
You may be feeling...
Fatigue, tension, a sense of overload
Emotions that are difficult to soothe or understand
The need to pause and come back to yourself
The desire to be supported, without quite knowing how
Or simply the feeling that your body and what you are going through deserve more attention
...what you're feeling is valid:
Some periods can deeply impact your body, energy, and emotions.
Pregnancy, postpartum, fertility journeys, cycle imbalances, fatigue or overload…
the body adapts, reacts, and expresses.
Understanding what is happening, feeling supported, and taking a step back can already bring a sense of ease.
How I support you
Your body and what you are going through are deeply connected.
By combining conversation, simple tools, and bodywork,
I support you through your body, your emotions, and what you are experiencing.
My approach is gentle and non-medical,
and complements any medical or therapeutic care you may already have.
Each session adapts to you, your pace, and your situation.
Situations I support on a daily basis
When your body begins to express what’s going on
Cycle discomfort, abdominal tension, fatigue, sleep disturbances…
When your body sends signals, it can be hard to understand or soothe them on your own.
I use gentle techniques, including abdominal work inspired by Chi Nei Tsang, acupressure, and massage, to release tension and support your body with care.
When your connection to yourself feels fragile
Lack of confidence, difficulty listening to yourself or recognising yourself in your body…
When your relationship to yourself feels more unclear or fragile.
I support you through conversation, touch, and moments of grounding, to help you gradually reconnect with your body.
When everything feels overwhelming
Stress, mental overload, persistent fatigue, difficulty slowing down…
When everything builds up and you feel the need to pause and breathe.
Support allows you to release, take a step back, and ease what you are experiencing through stress regulation tools, breathing, and body-based relaxation.
During times of transition
Pregnancy, postpartum, trying to conceive, life changes…
Intense moments that can disrupt your balance and sense of stability.
I support you with an approach adapted to these periods, combining listening, guidance, and bodywork to support both your body and what you are going through.
How the support unfolds

First session
An in-depth conversation to take a step back and look at your situation as a whole.
You share what brings you here, your journey, and what you are going through today.
This first session lays the foundation for a personalised support: you leave with greater clarity on your situation, practical guidance, and often already a sense of ease.

Follow-up sessions
Follow-up sessions support your progress over time, at your own pace.
They are available in 1h, 1h30 or 2h sessions (you can choose when booking, or we can decide together beforehand), and combine conversation, practical tools, and bodywork, depending on your needs.
The rhythm adapts to you: more frequent at the beginning, then gradually adjusted.
Depending on your situation and the approaches used, the support can follow a structured protocol or remain more flexible.
Pregnancy · Postpartum ·Fertility · Menstrual Cycle
At certain times, more specific support may be needed:
What if you took some time for yourself?
You don’t have to be struggling to seek support.
Sometimes the body speaks, fatigue sets in, or the need to take care of yourself simply becomes clear.
I welcome you with a gentle, attentive approach, fully adapted to your pace.
An initial time to talk, to take a step back, understand your needs, and shape support that truly fits you.
