Rebozo ritual

Service Description

A nurturing ritual to honour the transition into motherhood, helping you release physical tension, soothe your emotions, and reconnect with yourself. This experience is offered by two practitioners in a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space, where presence, listening and sisterhood are at the heart of the experience. The ritual includes: * A conversation to gently explore and honour your experience. * An intuitive four-hand (or two-hand) massage. * A sweat tent ritual. * A full-body closing with traditional Rebozo shawls. This ritual is offered during the postpartum period, but can also support other significant life transitions, such as pregnancy, pregnancy loss, bereavement or separation. Your baby is welcome to join you, although coming on your own will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Please note that this date is provisional and will be confirmed according to the availability of my second practitioner. In the booking form, please provide your contact details, your baby’s birth date (or expected due date, if applicable), and a few alternative dates that would also work for you. I’ll then get back to you to confirm the final date that suits both you and my colleague.
