Whether you come for a one-off session or as part of a longer support, each session begins with a time to talk.

 

A space to share what you’ve been going through since the birth, ask your questions, and feel heard without judgment.

This time is an essential part of the session.

 

 

We can talk about whatever feels present for you:

your birth experience and how you lived it

your fatigue, your recovery, your current state

your emotions, your doubts, your daily life with your baby

or simply your need to pause and breathe

 

I offer guidance, reassurance, and a supportive space, tailored to your needs.

 

 

The bodywork then extends the sense of ease created during the exchange.

 

Through touch and abdominal work inspired by Chinese medicine, your body is supported in its recovery after birth.

It helps restore energy, support regeneration, and relieve common postpartum discomforts (fatigue, tension, digestion, feelings of emptiness).

 

 

It is also a moment to gently reconnect with your body, at your own pace, and to give yourself time to rest and come back to yourself.

It is a dedicated time to talk in depth, where you already receive practical guidance and experience a first sense of relief.

Pospartum care
